Endicott - John - 1934

Darlington – John E. Endicott, 80, a native of this
vicinity, died Saturday afternoon in Central Hospital, Indianapolis, where he
had been a patient since last October. He was born near here, March 22, 1854 a
son of Joseph and Louisa (Michael Endicott and was married 56 years ago to
Alice Byers, now deceased. He was a retired carpenter and had resided in
Frankfort 60 years. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Essie D. Jones of Frankfort,
a brother, Charles Endicott and sister, Liddie Gasaway both of Frankfort. The
body was taken to the Jones home in Frankfort where the funeral was set for
Monday afternoon with interment in Bunnell Cemetery. - kbz
